Wow! I’m going to be honest. I knew we could do some great things for job seekers in need of career management advice with the Twitter Advice Project (T.A.P. into CAREEREALISM), but last week’s launch far exceeded even my expectations.
The response to the program has been nothing short of AMAZING!

- Each questions gets a tag (assigned a number) that enables followers to easily search on twitter to look at all the answers provided by the career experts for a particular question.
- All the questions are listed over at CAREEREALISM.com with instructions on how to access the answers so that newcomers can easily go back and access past advice.

Kevin Kermes article about no more Job Boards is a joke and would only come from an advertising idiot
There are job Boards out there that free Recruiters out there that charge lower fees and have access to much more than Mr Kermes Joke of A Publication. The only thing you will get out of his publication is the opportunity to see him make money. Just another fly by night scam on HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE DOWN.
Do yourself a favor send Kevin to unemployment and see how fast he is Running to recruiters and using Job Boards.

I am graduating with a B.A. in Psychology and I want to work before applying for Graduate school. I would like to obtain a position in the mental health field as a counselor or case manager, and I have had some experience working in a psychiatric hospital and with patients. I would like to know if anyone could offer some advice on how and where I should begin my career search and how to go about this process. Thanks!

Careerealism is a wonderful tool that reminds us no matter who we are outside of work, business is business and we need to conduct it as such. It's another new innovative company bridging the gap between urban and corporate America. Vividly awakening gen X and Y and bringing awareness that we are taking the place of all the retiring baby boomers, We need to clean up this huge financial crisis the world is in and figure out the best way to create a financial “rebirth”. Way to go Careerealism!!! You are another company that inspires me to keep striving to improve in my personal and professional life.
