What is CAREEREALISM? This site is technically a blog, but before you cringe and think about leaving, let us explain that it is actually a powerful learning tool. By reading a blog post and the comments shared by fellow readers, we are able to gain greater perspective on a subject. In other words, reading blogs is a really smart way to absorb a lot of knowledge – FAST.
Why was it created? Individuals are more confused than ever with respect to the smartest ways to find a job they enjoy. Instead of the same old content, we will be looking for ways to offer ‘refreshingly real advice’ that will inspire employees and managers to take control of their situations and make good things happen.
