Nice to see this categorized, and I definitely plan on looking deeper into this. It describes me to a “T”. My career has been as a video producer – not necessarily because I'm an expert at it, but because the topic of each project is always new and exciting. My wife tells people that I am a master of useless trivia, because I know a little about so many different things.

Jen, how wonderful! I can relate very well as that's how I used to feel before finding out about "renaissance personalities" - or whatever you want to call them.

The two books I mentioned in the article are GREAT. I would definitely read those. They are both on the same topic, but with a very different approach.

As a parting thought...just curious: Have you lived your life in a renaissance style way anyway and wondered why you behaved that way, or have you tried hard to "fit in with the rest?"
