Julia Erickson is a writer and coach focusing on career transformation and improving people’s work lives. Her philosophy is that you can get your “right fit” work once you are clear about what it is, and have the plan and tools to effectively market yourself. As a coach and writer, Julia draws on her 25 year career leading non-profit organizations in New York City, including 12 years as Executive Director/CEO. She also spent four years focused on NYC’s workforce development needs. Julia coaches job seekers, career changers, and newly promoted executives from all industries.
