		<description>I would add one more thing. Always go over and update your resume every 6 months. Update your resume as your tasks change, added training and/or responsibilities, etc. while they are fresh in your mind. You never know when an opportunity may present itself and you need your resume. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also keep what I call my &quot;Lifetime Learning Trascript&quot; where I list any course, seminar, training class, and books that I have read. After keeping track for the past two years I have seven pages of information on my progress.</description>
