Dear Experts,

I’m 43 years old and I have been in the health care industry for 21 years. I guess you could say I’m over this type of work because I can’t see myself doing this for another 20 years until retirement. I need to get out.

I’d love to do something more personally fulfilling such as become a police officer or a teacher. Is it too late to turn these dreams into reality?
