How Do I Get My Name in The “Top Fold” On Google?

I’ve claimed the Google Profile link for my name and my Twitter account has crept into the top 10 results. Is there anything else you recommend?

My user name isn’t unprofessional but it’s also not always read as a straight firstname.lastname type. How do I know if it is acceptable?
