T.A.P. Q#129 – I Have Passion For Two Careers, Can I Do Both?

Dear Experts,

I’m a IT Expert and Project Manager but I have a great interest in career services. It’s not possible to have both careers at the same time so I’m doing my job in IT Management and helping people with their careers in my spare time. I’m also planning to start my own career website.

Is being involved with career services a full time position, or can I handle it in my spare time? Any thoughts?
