Dear Experts,
My boss made comments about my clothing. He said what I wear to work is too casual (e.g. sandals, skirt). However, I’ve seen other woman in the office wearing similar outfits. Why was I called out and not them? What do I do?

Sometimes when an employer identifies an employee as having above average potential they may appear to be a bit more critical of that persons habits, dress or even the company that they keep. Do not take it as criticism, take it as invaluable career advice.
