Dear Experts,

My company has a well publicized education benefit. The benefit is 50% tuition reimbursement for degrees or professional certifications.

I meet all the specified qualifications, yet these benefits are being denied to me, and have repeatedly been denied over 3 years. Peers within my department are receiving these benefits. How do I escalate this situation?
