March 3, 2010 by sparktalk

Dear Experts,

Following a group interview (five people), should I send one thank you note to the group as a whole? Or, should I send individual notes to each participant?

Q#450 If I was interviewed by 5 people, I’d send 5 notes customized slightly for each. Get one on your side! (@beneubanks)

Q#450 I would send one to each interviewer. Just my personal preference. (@gradversity)

Q#450 Send the thank you notes separately. You’ll standout & one of the panel may be pulling for you. (@drdaphne)

Q#450 Send each one a personalized note. Make the effort that defines you as a team player! (@jtodonnell)

Q#450 Personalize (try to make each one unique) & send thank you letter to EACH interviewer as soon as possible afterward. (@lauralabovich)
