T.A.P. Q#452 – I’m Entry Level & Afraid of Rejection
March 5, 2010 by sparktalk
Dear Experts,
Do you have any advice for someone who is scared to break out of their shell?
I landed an entry level job about two months ago at a small company. I’m easily one of the youngest, if not the youngest, employees working in the office. I have a lot of great ideas but I’m afraid of rejection.
I know I can shine in this job and offer more than what my responsibilities are. I just don’t want to make a fool of myself in the process.
