Bio:
Being in human resources for over 13 years has afforded me a number of opportunities to mentor, educate and design training courses for individual adult learning styles. As an HR professional I am experienced in employment relations, career coaching, workforce planning, organizational development, leadership and employee assessment tactics, strategic planning and training and development.

As an educator I am skilled in designing training programs, formative and summative assessments, identifying learning styles, conducting research, academic communication, helping learners with grammar and writing styles, adult learning theories and methodologies, and a sundry of facilitation tactics.

Tashana is a highly qualified and learned professional with a BA in English/Creative Writing from The Ohio State University, A Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix. Currently she is pursuing her certification in training and development from the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD.org), and plans to continue her education by pursuing her doctorate in organizational behavior in the Fall of 2012.

The thing I know I will come to love about being a CAREEREALISM Career Expert, is hearing, or rather, seeing someone say something I’ve written has inspired or helped them in some way to get a job, build their network, increase their internal motivation, whatever. I want my writings to speak for me, as if the reader is sitting face to face with me in a personal mentoring session.
