Bio: Jeanine Tanner “J.T.” O’Donnell is a career strategist and workplace consultant who helps American workers of all ages find greater professional satisfaction.

Unlike other advisors, O’Donnell works with both individual clients and corporations, giving her access to emerging workforce trends. A graduate of Tufts University with a degree in Engineering Psychology, she has 18+ years of experience, managing, training and coaching people of all ages on a wide variety of career topics.

AUTHOR & ADVICE COLUMN: Her book, CAREEREALISM: The Smart Approach to a Satisfying Career, outlines her highly career-coaching methodology. She also works with Dale Dauten to write the career advice column “JT & Dale Talk Jobs,” a nationally syndicated column that appears in more than 130 newspapers, reaching 6+ million households weekly.

CAREER TV: In 2011, J.T. became the host of the first Career Advice TV channel, CAREEREALISM TV, with weekly shows dedicated to helping people with their career development. O’Donnell brings in top career experts and other professionals to help you get the kind of career satisfaction you want and deserve. Viewers get to interact directly with J.T. and her guests using the power of livestreaming technology, providing a one-of-a-kind learning experience.

When she’s not working…

One of O’Donnell’s favorite hobbies is being a fitness instructor. With over 700 hours of group fitness instruction, she enjoys helping others have fun while getting fit. She is a certified group fitness instructor who specializes in cardio dance classes. She also teaches TRX suspension training for increased core and body strength. She founded TheLOLAclub.com as a private online health club (L.O.L.A. stands for Ladies Only, Living Actively) for women to help those in her community find the perfect workout for their unique needs.

O’Donnell is married, has two children and lives in New England where she freezes all winter long. Which means, she readily accepts speaking engagements in warmer parts of the country!

Bio: Greg Barrette has been with CAREEREALISM since its birth back in late 2008. Greg supervises the company’s branding efforts via various daily tasks such as website development and social media account management.

Greg’s success at expanding the CAREEREALISM brand has given him the opportunity to oversee and execute numerous exposure strategies surrounding the blog’s 50+ approved career experts. This responsibility includes posting daily content on CAREEREALISM and recruiting additional experts to join the team.

Before Greg joined the company, he held multiple part-time positions in a variety of fields such as radio, web design, health care, marketing and sales. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he majored in Communication and minored in both Business Administration and Sports Studies.
