Bio: Jeanine Tanner “J.T.” O’Donnell is a career strategist and workplace consultant who helps American workers of all ages find greater professional satisfaction.

Bio: Greg Barrette graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a major in Communication and minors in Business Administration and Sports Studies. Greg was an active member in the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity during his tenure at UNH and held the position of President in 2007. During his term as President, Greg improved his leadership and communication skills and saw his organization excel as the top fraternity on campus by winning the “Chapter of the Year” award.
Since then, Greg has held multiple internship positions in a variety of fields such as radio, web design, health care, marketing and sales. On the team since CAREEREALISM launched in 2008, Greg provides a passionate work ethic which has helped CAREEREALISM become a world-ranked career blog.
